From the first time...
From the first time i popped into the garage to speak to them about my car problem i felt at home. From receptionist to speaking to the mechanics was nothing more than comfortable and there experience came through. I have a great sense re people and i felt so good around them. Not only that they picked up another problem and when i collected my now running and serviced vehicle they went through the problem which i understood. Now booked in again for this problem to be sorted. There knowledge was second to none so geniuine.

The reception staff are...
The reception staff are always friendly and efficient and try their hardest to find me the earliest slot for my car.I have been a regular customer for a few years now and i will always use Chapmans for any works to my driving instructor car.They are really honest and the mechanics explain clearly about any works that need doing, also they work really hard so you aren't waiting for hours.I couldn't recommend them enough :)
