Called on off chance...
Called on off chance to see if they could remove a dog seatbelt which had become stuck and would make vehicle fail MOT due in 7 days. Despite not being a customer, they spent time trying different things and eventually resolved the problem. Seven days later my car was in Stratstone BMW for MOT and when car collected discovered they had been unable to do MOT due to technical problems. With only 3 days before MOT ran out Cavendish managed to give me appointment next day and carried out MOT. I have nothing but praise for their customer service and going that extra mile for me. Thank you and I will be using your garage services in future.

Just had my vw touareg serviced by mark and the team at cavendish, managed to get me booked in at short notice and completed a full service and check over including report about worn brake pads at a very competitive price, and what's more it's on the doorstep

Brilliant service from Marc...
Brilliant service from Marc and his team. Potentially saved me hundreds of pounds by going above and beyond investigating and fixing an issue I had with my gearbox. He took the time to explain the issue and showed me exactly what had happened. Can't recommend them enough.
